How can you support theatre @RLHS?
The Round Lake High School theatre was built in the late 1970s. While there have been many updates over the years, our theatre has many needs that are beyond the immediate financial scope of the district and program. Our hopes for the future include:
-Replacing our aging sound system.
-Replacing our out-of-date lighting system.
-Developing storage solutions for on-site and off-site storage of furniture and costumes.
-Developing storage in our scene shop for the storage of large set pieces and lumber.
The more immediate needs on our wish list are:
-4-6 U-Line Z racks (for costume storage)
-Rolling shelving with bins (library-style storage) https://www.uline.com/BL_3945/Sliding-Storage-Shelves
-U-Line Vertical Bar Rack https://www.uline.com/BL_749/Vertical-Bar-Rack
-iMac to run sound for our booth.
-Local storage space at an area self store for large items.
If you, or someone you know, are interested in donating to any of these causes, please email [email protected] and/or District Fine Arts Coordinator Chrissy Cacciatore at [email protected]. To make a general donation to the program, please click the link above.
